Making a Purchase could not be easier.  Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.  After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and  you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit/debit card payments from the UK ONLY.  If you are shopping from outside the UK we can only accept payment via wired transfer.

Within the UK, we accept Visa and Mastercard. Payment will be taken within 24 hours of despatch to enable validation of card. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Although we take great care to ensure that the details contained in our literature are correct, prices and specifications may change without notice.  Telephone calls may be monitored or recorded.  Full T&Cs available on request. E & OE.

PLEASE NOTE:  Orders may only be shipped to the principal cardholder's address.  Notification of goods not received must be within two weeks.

All Credit Card Numbers are encrypted in the software by a third party when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.  We only receive notification of payment not credit card details. We therefore do not hold any credit card details in our office or on our site.

Delivery Charges and Schedule for destinations outside the UK, Western Europe, North America and Australia/New Zealand are not calculated automatically and will not therefore be displayed in the final total.  Upon receipt of your order, we will calculate the shipping total and email you an amended total for your approval.  Once we have your approval, your order will be processed. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days.  International orders are generally sent in under 14 days after confirmation of delivery charges.

Our Returns Policy states that In the event that you are not happy with any of our products (except for sealed software which has been opened) you may cancel your purchase if you notify us within 7 working days of delivery and we will refund the price which you have paid in full less the delivery charge.
Before returning a product you must call or email and ask for a returns number.  The returns number must be clearly marked on the returning package.  Once you receive the returns number you can return the product to the following address:-

You are responsible for keeping the product safe and free of damage and must return the product to us within 5 days of notifying us of cancellation and in default of which we may make arrangements to collect the product from you and invoice you for the costs of such collection. If the product is or comprises sealed software your right to cancel may be lost if you open the packaging.
